They only cost $1 extra. Print your ticket with the barcode, bring your ticket and receipt to the screening and we will scan it at the gate for your admission. Make sure you print your ticket well in advance of the screening, in case of a broken printer, etc. There will still be a limited number of regular tickets available at the gate even if the screening is sold out.
There will be one line for entry for both pre-sale and tickets at the door.
A pre-paid ticket ensures entry to the screening, but seating is still general admission and first come-first served.
Parking on cemetery grounds now requires a $10 pre-sale parking pass.
Parking Passes are available online with every ticket purchasing page. Additional parking is right around the corner at the Paramount parking structure 801 N. Gower. It's also $10. MAP
Tickets FAQ
If I buy a ticket online will I be guaranteed admission?
YES.
Will there be separate lines for people with tickets and people paying at the gate?
NO. We will know how many tickets are already sold before we open the gates and will only admit the appropriate number of people purchasing at the gate. We do anticipate some screenings to sell out in advance. In that case we will release a limited number of tickets for stand-bys.
Will people with tickets be allowed to enter before people without tickets?
NO. seating is first come first serve. People with tickets are guaranteed admission. People without tickets are not.
Are you using scanners for the tickets?
YES. We will be using electronic bar code scanners for your tickets – have them out and bar code ready for scanning. One ticket is good for one scan. It will not work on other scanners after being scanned.
Can I just show my ticket at the gate on my iPhone instead of printing it out?
NO - You should print your ticket well in advance (in case of issues with your printer) and bring your ticket with the bar code on it and the receipt of purchase as backup.
Parking FAQ
If I buy a parking pass, is my car guaranteed a parking spot on the cemetery grounds?
YES. Your vehicle is guaranteed a spot onsite with the purchase of a parking pass. Everyone in the car must have a ticket if the screening is sold out. Anyone without a ticket in the car when the screening is sold out will not be admitted.
What kind of vehicles require a parking pass to park onsite?
Cars and SUVS. Motorcycles, bicycles and handicapped can park onsite for free. THE PARKING PASS IS NOT VALID FOR BUSSES.
Is there additional parking nearby?
YES. There is a very large and secure parking lot at 801 North Gower Street at Paramount. When you park in this lot you will still walk through the main gate on Santa Monica to enter the cemetery. However, after the screening you may exit through the Gower Street cemetery gate at the South West corner of the cemetery just north of the Paramount parking lot. Additionally there are a few smaller lots that open near the cemetery entrance that can accommodate a limited number of cars.
Can we park in the neighborhood?
We are asking our patrons to carpool and to please park either onsite, at Paramount or another nearby lot. When you park on the streets in the local neighborhood the resulting lack of any parking for the residents and ensuing noise from patrons walking to and from their cars has created problems with the LAPD and neighborhood councils that threatens the future of our screenings at Hollywood Forever.
