Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

Join Cinespia for a magnificent evening with Who Framed Roger Rabbit? amongst the colorful murals and ornate decorations of the Palace Theater in downtown LA.

Following the wild success of Back to the Future, Robert Zemeckis’ created this live action- animation crossbreed with a breathless, wise-cracking script and jaw dropping visuals. With a free photo booth, hot popcorn and DJs spinning records join us for a rare screening of this entertaining oddity on the big screen.

In an alternative Los Angeles where people live among cartoon movie stars like Mickey Mouse and Bugs Bunny, hard-boiled detective Eddie Valiant (Bob Hoskins) investigates a case involving the gorgeous Jessica Rabbit and her movie star husband Roger Rabbit. As the truth unravels he takes a kaleidoscope ride of animation as the real world disappears and toons take over. Also starring Christopher Lloyd as the menacing Judge Doom.

The Witch

An English farmer leaves his colonial plantation, relocating his wife and five children to a remote plot of land on the edge of an ominous forest – within which lurks an unknown evil.

Featuring a break out performance by Anna Taylor-Joy as the teenager at the center of the turmoil, the superb direction from Robert Eggers won him the Best Director award at Sundance for the film.
